Occultist Levonicus has ordered me to continue my work for the city by talking to Blight Sage Destroz.

Stage 1

I need to serve the Dismal Rage by reporting to Blight Sage Destroz.

Start:	I need to speak with Blight Sage Destroz.
Complete:	I spoke with Blight Sage Destroz.

I served the Dismal Rage by reporting to Blight Sage Destroz.

I have asked about additional mandates from Blight Sage Destroz.

Guild members who wish to earn status points by doing city tasks for the Temple of War will need to complete this quest after doing the Report to Occultist Levonicus (see related quests).

Occultist Levonicus (-87, -10, -153) will send you to see Blight Sage Destroz in the Temple of War. He is behind the door in the back of the Temple (-87.4, -7, -182.6).

After completing this quest you will be able to return to Blight Sage Destroz at will to receive city tasks from the Temple of War.
