Rainus is at the SE Ruined Tower ..... not the SW. The tower is along the wall for WFP

After helping Gerun Pontian with a number of small tasks just outside of Freeport he has sent me to someone who he thinks may be able to give me tasks worthy of my skill. He spoke of Rainus Canton in south-eastern Commonlands.

Stage 1

I need to speak with Rainus Canton.

Start:	I need to find Rainus Canton
Complete:	I have found Rainus Canton.

I have spoken with Rainus Canton.

I found Rainus Canton.

After completing Gerun's quests, you are instructed to find Rainus Canton at -1315, -51, 600 at the Soutwest Ruined Tower for further Freeport Militia instructions.
