I spent an hour killing these guys... good exp btw.

Clicked ray after ray .. no update.. hmmmmmm i wondered...

Then i jumped on here and saw the right click remains..

DOH

just wanted to share a good laugh with you all

I killed 20 or more of the river golems and never could get the stone to rise. Whenever I clicked on it (or right clicked the charm) it would just say "Not a friend." If you click it on something other than remains it says it "only works on remains" but gives a nonsense response when clicked on a remain.

Maybe bugged

I saw this mentioned on the forums recently, and I think what happened was that their new "quest bauble" system made the clickie item not function. They said it should be fixed in an upcoming hotfix, so hoping for tomorrow!

yup, after you use the ray, make sure you right click as people suggested and then you should see some one liner words to click on to finish it.

For the longest time I couldn't seem to get my river stone - but to be perfectly clear - 1st target the special "remains" spawn, 2nd use the ray, 3rd right click on the "remains" again. The you will get the quest update. If you just use the ray thinking the update will occur - it nevers does. I know - I tried it for hours and days.

I wish you could keep the drawing ray. It is soooo much fun to rapidly click that on anyone and anything hehe.

This series is excellent easy faction for high levels too.

You get 150 faction doing boring repetative SS writs while this series quickly gives you over 500 faction for less work all together.
