Uh I can't find these anywayere. All I see are glyph ghouls, redbeards, wolves and the like where supposedly these gnolls are.

After you complete the Samples With a Side of Revenge quest,

Philip Glaslow tells you to slay 4 Sareth'Tal gnolls for him.

These can be found South-West of Somborn Village and you can get these updates from Skeletons and Ghosts.

Return to Philip for your reward and to open up the next quest, Recovery.
