Craft six decorative bows for Zeds Frostfoot. The recipe is in the Frostfell Lair Decoration scroll you received. Craft them at the Loom with Tailoring skills. You will need:

12 Frostfell Fabric, from the bolts near the door
6 Elven Magic (purchase from the vendor, you'll be reimbursed)

Turn them in to Zeds.
