Go to the Paineel teleporter to your right. The loc, if you need it, is 1919.86, -301.61, 3321.18 .
Right-click it and select "Install the Device".

You need to right-click on the uprights of the frame, not the base or the glowy part, to get the option to "Install the Device"

Once that is done, right-click and select "The Hole". This will finish the quest.
If you go back to Alim Dabir, he will have another quest for you, "Completed Arcane Studies".

Alim Dabir, after having his teleporter malfunction, seems to have fixed the issue and would like you to install the new teleporter into the nearby teleportation pad.

Stage 1

Install the teleportation device into the teleportation pad nearby.

Start:	Install the device.
Complete:	You have installed the device.

You have installed the teleportation device into the teleportation pad nearby.

Stage 2

And the moment of truth...

Start:	Test the teleporter and teleport to the Hole. You may have to select the destination on the newly fixed teleporter!
Complete:	You have successfully tested the teleporter.

You have successfully tested the teleporter.

You have helped install the new teleportation pad in Paineel that should allow people to venture to the Hole more easily.
