Captain Hastings has asked that I take a note to Captain Santis in Starcrest Commune.

Start:	I need to take the note to Captain Santis in Starcrest Commune.
Complete:	I delivered the note to Captain Santis.

I delivered the message. It was just a challenge sent by Captain Hastings to Captain Santis. Apparently the Qeynos Guards compete in Phalanx matches, a team sport. The few coins at least were worth my time.

Knight-Captain Hastings in Nettleville Hovel would like to challenge Knight-Captani Santis in Starcrest Commune to a match.

Head over to Starcrest and inform Knight-Captain Santis of this desire. Then return to Knight-Captain Hastings for your reward.
