This quest is initiated by clicking on a barrel at -281,62, 4.29, -244.75 in the Snowsworn's Hunter's Outpost in Everfrost.
You need to collect troglodyte skins to fill up the barrel. Do this by killing 10 Numbfoot hunters in Everfrost.
When you are finished, click on the barrel and choose to "fill up the barrel". Hail Becka Snowstorm (in front of the barrels) to finish the quest.
