Boots of Malice  

This quest is triggered by examining a Menacing Pair of Boots. These drop in the Fallen Gate. They are confirmed to drop on Rotting Brutes.

You will be asked to find some replacement parts in the Fallen Gate. These can drop randomly on any mob in the zone. First you need two buckles, then 5 spikes, and finally 7 ivory cords.

After obtaining them all examing the Menacing Pair of Boots again for a nice new set of shoes.
