SoE moved the chest for the Tower Ruins, it is outside of the buidling now, next to the side door, just other side of the wooden fence (219.99, -40.19, 205.60)

I found it! That chest I had been looking at must be part of some other quest. I went out past that first piece of ship, past the second, smaller chunk of rubble, and there it was.
Pretty easy to do at any level, just sneak and run if you have to.

I've been to the chest at the Q.S.S. Ebon three times now, and it's the only one I have left. I don't get the option "wipe the grime off the chest". I only get "leave the chest alone", so I can't finish the quest. Is it broken (like so many others), or am I doing something wrong. This chest in the sand on the bottom, on the west side of the east wreck.

Great tip by Pinegrinder on Tower Ruin chest. For those of us coordinate challanged: The Greenhood Trapmaster is behind the larger of two buildings, east of the Tower ruins (aka Pinewhisper Lookout). There is a small door next to him. This is the door Pinegrinder refers to.

Great post pinegrinder probably saved me 20 min on the tower chest. One small thing. The druid ring chest is to the east of the druid ring not the west.. you say approach from west then keep heading west. Just a small clear up so someone doesn't search forever behind every rock to the west like I did )

Tower ruins-
Head out to the orc camp, past pinewhisper lookout, and to where the trapmaseter is.
As you stand in the door, you'll see the chest, but it dissapears as you get closer. I got itby standing half in/out of the side door, and clicking on it.

East/West catapault-
As you pass thru the gates from the dockeach chest lie behind piles of rocks for each chest (you can see the catapaults as you walk out the gates)

Wreck of Stormbear-
South off the docks

Grove of stones/druid ring-
Approach the ring from the west, pass thru the ring, behind a pile of rocks close to the ring heading west still.
