This is 12 of 16 in a series of Qeynos bounty quests for Exiles.

Speak to Gil McMartin at -923, -48, 14 in The Commonlands to begin this quest.

You need to get into North Freeport. As of Age of Discovery, if you're in The Commonlands, you can head to The Thieves' Way through a sewer grate located at -1,251.30, -83.82, 119.95 , just slightly south of The City of Freeport gates. Once inside the sewer the grate leading to North Freeport will be nearby.

Head towards 6.47, -18.80, -245.50 (behind the Tier 2 Guild Hall in North Freeport). Torvis Nebarius will pop and attack you. Kill him.
Return to Gil McMartin at -923.36, -47.93, 13.84 in The Commonlands to complete the quest.

To earn esteem with the city of Qeynos, Gil McMartin has given me a bounty to execute. I must kill Torvis Nebarius who will be making a deal to buy stolen arms from Qeynos for Freeport. He should be in the outer hallway of the building just outside of the exit to the City of Freeport.

Stage 1

I need to execute the bounty on Torvis Nebarius in the outer hallway of the building just outside of the exit to the City of Freeport.

Start:	I need to kill Torvis Nebarius in the outer hallway of the building just outside of the exit to the City of Freeport.
Complete:	I have killed Torvis Nebarius.

I have slain Torvis Nebarius.

Stage 2

I need to collect the bounty from Gil McMartin in the Commonlands.
