The old coldain Eirik seemed to need assistance. He wanted to make his famous stew, but was unable to gather the ingredients needed. I offered to go into the mountains and gather the leaves he needs.

Stage 1

I can take the mountain pass out of Thurgadin by heading west from Eirik and then south at the crossroads. Eirik said the spiceleaf plants grew around the sides of the waterfall.

I last saw Eirik in the crafting area of Thurgadin.

Eirik is too old to climb the icy cliffs to gather the special ingredient he needs to flavor his traditional healing stew. I offered to gather the plant leaves for him, and returned with the amount he needed.

Speak to Eirik at The Thurgadin Exchange to begin this quest.

Head to the Great Divide by going left (east) once you leave the Thurgadin Exchange, then heading north at the crossroads. The exit you want is at 745, -185, 39 .
On the snowy mounds around the river outside Thurgadin there are icy fern-like plants. You need 4 of these.
Return to Eirik inside Thurgadin to complete the quest.
