I killed the dissenters but didn't "turn" them.
Deleted the quest and started over. Remembered to "turn" them this time!! ^_^

While we are allowed to live in Freeport, the agreement between Sir Lucan and the families of the Freeblood says that we are to only feed on "undesirables". Glaria informed me that a few dissenters were wandering around the city, and should make for good feeding... and perhaps a few new members of our family.

Stage 1

I should search Freeport's streets for dissenters, and feed upon them.

Start:	Seek out the dissenters, and tenderize them to feed on.
Complete:

Start:	Turn the dissenters once you have fed.
Complete:

I was able to feed on the dissenters, and turned a few for the family. However, they seem to have had something strange to say when they saw me.

Stage 2

I should return to Glaria, and let her know what I've discovered.

Start:	Return to Glaria in Freeport

Start:	I should seek out the crazed freeblood in Longshadow Alley
Complete:

I was able to find some of the insatiable freeblood, and have destroyed them to protect the rest of the family.

I was able to add a few new members to the family of Freeblood, but something strange seems to be going on. A few of our family members seem to have gone mad with hunger, and I was forced to destroy them. There's no reason that this should have happened. This is going to warrant some investigation.

This quest is only available to Freebloods.

Speak to Glaria at -81, -21, -82 inside the Jade Tiger's Den in North Freeport to begin this quest.

Seek out dissenting citizens in Freeport. We were attacked by a group of four around -152, -53, -212 in North Freeport.
Turn 3 of the dissenters. Right-click the corpses and choose turn.
Return to Glaria.
Go to Longshadow Alley: Daeneth Cloister in North Freeport at -92, -35, -367 .
Kill 5 Freeblood savages. They can be found behind the doors down the western fork.
Return to Glaria in Freeport to complete the quest.
