Vassi Darkscale can be found in the upper floor of the inn in North Freeport. He also gives the level 20 quest for light armor wearers and shaman. They must be done in order. For this quest he asks you to collect the following items in the Nektulos Forest:

Kill 4 rotting followers of Grelkor for their decaying flesh -549.76, 60.37, -1289.93
Kill 8 deadly rumbleroot for their toxic sap -859.49, 65.97, 17.78
Kill 10 blood shrillers for their talons -12.00, 0.05, -442.53
Kill 1 Thexian Vin chosen for his Teir'Dal Greaves -1454.99, 42.98, -1413.65

After doing this return to Vassi for your reward. This then opens up his fifth quest.

Vassi Darkscale has asked me to help him fulfill some orders from customers using his shady business. He's agreed to pay me with some specially made armor that he has recently acquired if I help him.

Stage 1

I have some special orders this time. I need some poison sacs from the immense tree snakes in Nektulos, and make sure they still have some venom left when you collect them. I also need some of the roots from rumbleroot saplings. I need some glowing gas from ashland wisps. And lastly I have another person I need you to kill. I was cheated by a Nerius Pirate Captain. I'm not sure which, but I'm a gambler so just kill one of them, I'm sure the message will get through. - Vassi

Start:	I must recover snake venom from the immense tree snakes in Nektulos.
Complete:	I have recovered enough snake venom.

Start:	I must recover glowing gas from ashland wisps in Nektulos.
Complete:	I have recovered glowing gas from ashland wisps in Nektulos.

Start:	I must kill a Nerius Pirate Captain.
Complete:	I have killed a Nerius Pirate Captain.

I have recovered what Vassi needs for his order. I should return to him.

Stage 2

I need to speak with Vassi Darkscale.

Start:	I should return to Vassi.
Complete:	I have returned to Vassi.

I have spoken with Vassi.

Vassi has paid me with a pair of greaves for helping him fill his most recent order.
