Enter the tower at -232, 154, -1052 and kill Lord Rak'Ashiir and his two noble advisors.

Be sure everyone in your group enters the room, or they will be locked out when the door closes.

Click on the urn to Remove Phylactery.
Examine the Rile's Phylactery in your inventory to complete the quest.

I am to return to the inner compound of the City of Mist and kill the key guardians, collecting the keys to open Rak'Ashiir's sanctum. Once I have it open, I should kill Rak'Ashiir and take the phylactery.

Stage 1

I need to destroy the reaver key guardians in order to obtain the keys to the inner sanctum of the City of Mist.

Start:	I need to destroy the first key guardian and take the sanctum key from it.
Complete:	I have destroyed the first key guardian and taken the sanctum key from it.

Start:	I need to destroy the second key guardian and take the sanctum key from it.
Complete:	I have destroyed the second key guardian and taken the sanctum key from it.

Start:	I need to destroy the third key guardian and take the sanctum key from it.
Complete:	I have destroyed the third key guardian and taken the sanctum key from it.

Start:	I need to destroy the fourth key guardian and take the sanctum key from it.
Complete:	I have destroyed the fourth key guardian and taken the sanctum key from it.

I have destroyed the key guardians and obtained all the keys needed to enter Rak'Ashiir's sanctum.

Stage 2

I need to defeat Venril's minion Rak'Ashiir and claim Rile's Phylactery.

Start:	I need to enter the inner sanctum of Rak'Ashiir.
Complete:	I have entered the inner sanctum of Rak'Ashiir.

Start:	I need to defeat Rak'Ashiir.
Complete:	I have defeated Rak'Ashiir.

Start:	I need to claim Rile's Phylactery.
Complete:	I have claimed Rile's Phylactery.

Start:	I should examine the phylactery.
Complete:	I have examined the phylactery and decided I really don't want to let this go.

I have defeated Venril's minion and claimed Rile's Phylactery.

I have settled the matter of Rile's Phylactery.
