Scribe the recipe that Cordelia gives you titled Kobold Bane For All Occasions (uses the Geocraft skill)
Make five Kobold Bane Spell Scrolls. To make all five on the Engraved Desk at 756,26,604 , you need:

5 belladonna root
5 severed ash
5 rough agate
15 sparkling incense- Found on the Adorning merchant just next to the engraved desk.
