Tranquil Assistance  

Sub-quest of Insider Trading.

Aaliya in the Bastion of the Tranquil wants you to help with her tests.

She gives you a recipe, Notes on Refining (teaches the skill for refining block of refined quicksilver) and you must created four block of refined quicksilver for her to produce fine ore. You create these blocks at a forge, which can be found in the Paineel Commons. There is also a merchant nearby, Wholesaler Dinoti, who will sell you the coal.

The recipe level 80 artisan, and uses Geocraft.

Shopping List

• 12 quicksilver clusters
• 8 sumac lumber
• 4 ethereal coal

When you have done this return to her with them and she will give you your reward and send you back to Adeela.
