Unlocking the Plans  

This is the 3rd quest in the Qeynos Betrayal series.

Talk to Towser Flizgibbert in the Elddar Grove, Qeynos Province District to begin this quest.

1. Towser wants you to take a "Gnomish Replicator" to the South Qeynos Mage Tower and use it in the lock of a small box, which contains some important papers.
• This must be done at night (between 8pm and 5am game time).
2. In South Qeynos, enter the mage tower and take the red teleporter.
• The box is on a table next to a journal at 703, 42, 107 Copy .
• Once night has fallen, use the Replicator to make an impression of the lock on the box.
• If you decide to do this during the day you will be attacked by a Concordium guard, a solo mob scaled to your level.
3. Next, you must take the Replicator to Arbuthnot Jumroller in Elddar Grove ( 785, -23, -528 ) Copy .
• He will make you a key based upon the impression you made with the Replicator, and send you back to the Concordium to steal the papers.
• During the night, take the red teleporter again, use the key to unlock the box, and take the contents.
4. Return to Towser Flizgibbert in the Elddar Grove to finish the quest.

WARNING: ACCEPTING THE CONSEQUENCES OF BETRAYAL FROM TOWSER IS THE POINT OF NO RETURN FOR QEYNOS BETRAYAL!
