You must then examine the hoop again. You must mine sandwashed rocks in Antonica till you get an update.

After this, examine the hoop again. You must then kill Cavemaw Tunnelers in the mountain range in the center of Antonica to get a third item.

Examine the hoop again to receive your reward.
