Steelbone Family Scroll  

The starter doesnt seem to drop anymore, since the crypt is open for everybody.
I killed skeletons at the cemetary until i found nearly all Far Seas Requisitions and around 1000 Dull Wedges / Broken Harnesses. I also got both Borderland Bounty orders, but no Scroll at all.

It might be helpful to mention that the particular cemetary where this instance is accessed from is "Turmoil Cemetary". Not one of the other cemetaries in the commonlands.

Scroll is a common enough chest drop, BUT:

1) ALL members of party must have scroll read and quest initiated for the group to be able to zone in.

2) Quest is NOT repeatable, so if anyone in group has ever been inside this instance, they won't be able to get in again even if you get them a fres scroll (they won't be able to read it to start the quest again).

mobs inside are heroic bunches of 5 or so lvl 11-13 mobs, with 2 lvl 13+++ named to kill for chest drops.

Can anyone confirm whether the scroll drops off of the corpse of the skeletons or if it drops in a chest, it is no trade, and how rare is it?

The quests works again, i could initiate the quest from the scroll.

The decayed scroll finally opened a quest for me. I hit level 17 and was able to start the quest. I'm not sure if it was due to my level or time spent holding it. Either way, the quest did finally start for my character.

uhm, i'm fron unrest, having problems actually getting this quest started, we got the decayed scroll but how do we "iniate" it? thanks beforehand for help.
