While roaming the Serpent's Sewers of Freeport I came across a ratonga by the name of Cicero Puer. This ratonga asked if I would gather the pieces that make up the Murkwater uniform.

Stage 1

I need to get all of the pieces that make up the Murkwater uniform while here in the Serpent's Sewers.

Start:	Boots off a Murkwater abettor.
Complete:	I've got the Boots.

Start:	Leggings off a Murkwater steward.
Complete:	I've got the Leggings.

Start:	Bracers off a Murkwater induct.
Complete:	I've got the Bracers.

Start:	Gloves off a Murkwater induct.
Complete:	I've got the Gloves.

Start:	Sleeves off a Murkwater steward.
Complete:	I've got the Sleeves .

Start:	Chest piece off a Murkwater abettor.
Complete:	I've got the chest piece.

I've gathered all of the pieces that make up the Murkwater uniform.

Stage 2

I need to get this uniform to that ratonga, Cicero.

Start:	I should get this stuff back to Cicero Puer.
Complete:	I've given Cicero the clothes.

I've given the uniform to Cicero.

I've given the ratonga the Murkwater uniform, now he's busy scheming who knows what. Anyway, he stuck to his end of the bargain, and that's all that matters.

Cicero Puer in The Serpent Sewers (southeastern corner of zone) is trying to collect a complete uniform from the Murkwaters. If you could gather him the complete suit he would reward you with a new ring.

Simply kill the Murkwaters until you have them all and then return for your reward.

This will open up the Back and Forth quest.
