I had zero idea what I was looking for, the idol is small with bright swirly colors, which helps it stick out in the dreary area.

OK first you get a bag of gold and have to get Roselia to leave her pie stand.
After talking to her you relize that you cant get her to leave her pie stand so you have to go back and tell Garby the news to get the next update.

Part two Garby sends you to the loping planes to find his lost idol which he beleives he lost near the on the shores of Timorous moor either by the ship wreck or one of the goblin ponds gather the idol and then you have to head back to enchanted lands and give Roselia the pie lady the idol.
Upon giving her the idol she goes and prays at the alter and u have to grab four pies then speaking to her again and then return to Garby once more.

upon returning to Garby you get the next alter and faction quest completed.

Garby Gingham Gigglegibber doesn't seem to know when to give up! In response to Tobel's second prank, Garby has asked that I secretly switch all the yummy halfling pies with a sack of "yucky" gold coins. Though I fail to see what makes this an actual "prank", it's amusing nonetheless and I do believe that is precisely what Bristlebane would find so brilliant about this task.

Stage 1

Garby wants me to replace all the halfling pies with a sack of real gold coins. I need to get the sack of gold coins from Garby.

Start:	I need to get the sack of coins from Garby.
Complete:	I received the sack of coins from Garby.

Garby gave me a sack of real gold coins to leave in place of the halfling's pies.

Stage 2

Garby wants me to steal all of Roselia's pies and secretly replace them with the sack of "yucky" coins he gave me. However, Roselia doesn't look like she's going to leaver her stand anytime soon. Perhaps I can persuade her to leave for a moment.

Start:	I need to convince Roselia to leave her pie stand.
Complete:	I wasn't able to convince Roselia to leave her pie stand. I should tell Garby.

Alas, I was unsuccessful at convincing Roselia to leave her pie stand. Apparently business has been poor and she is unable to leave until she sells all her pies. I should speak to Garby again.

Stage 3

I need to let Garby know I was unable to convince Roselia to leave her pie stand.

Start:	I need to tell Garby that Roselia won't leave her pie stand.
Complete:	I let Gerby know that Roselia won't leave her pie stand.

Stage 4

Garby has suggested I recover an idol blessed with good luck and use it to distract Roselia. Unfortunately he lost this idol while visiting a long lost cousin in the Timorous Moor in the Loping Plains.

Start:	I need to travel to the Loping Plains and look for the idol near the Timorous Moor.
Complete:	I found an Idol of Good Fortune.

I found an Idol of Good Fortune amongst the muck washed up along the Timorous Moor. This has to be the idol Garby was talking about.

Stage 5

I need to try to distract Roselia away from her pie stand using the idol I recovered.

Start:	I need to give the idol to Roselia.
Complete:	I gave the idol to Roselia.

I gave Roselia the Idol of Good Fortune. She took it and stepped away to say a prayer to Bristlebane.

Stage 6

Now is my chance! I need to quickly replace all of Roselia's pies with the sack of "yucky" gold coins!

Start:	I need to swap out the pies with the sack of coins!
Complete:	I replaced all the pies with a sack of coins.

The deed is done! I replaced all the pies with the sack of gold coins.

Stage 7

I'm not so sure this joke turned out exactly as Garby had hoped. I should speak with Roselia again and get her reaction.

Start:	I should speak with Roselia again.
Complete:	I spoke with Roselia.

I spoke with Roselia. Apparently the sack of coins will provide her with enough money so she won't have to close up her shop. Bristlebane be praised!

Stage 8

Surely Garby must have another prank to pull off. I should go speak with him.

Start:	I need to speak with Garby once more.
Complete:	I spoke with Garby.

Garby is stumped! He can't think of another good prank to pull off.

After a fair amount of footwork, I was able to come up with a distraction that lured Roselia away from her pie stand long enough to swap out her entire stock of pies with a large sack of gold coins. However, instead of pranking her as Garby had hoped, he actually inadvertently saved her struggling business. I suppose it could be said that Bristlebane works in mysterious ways. Perhaps when I become a little more experienced, I might be able finally complete my journey and become a devoted follower of Fizzlethorpe Bristlebane.

This is the fourth quest in the Bristlebane quest line.

Garby Gingham Gigglegibber gives you a bag of gold and tells you to get Roselia Goldencrust to leave her pie stand.

After talking to her you realize that you cant get her to leave her pie stand so you have to go back and tell Garby the news to get the next update.

Garby will then send you to the Loping Plains to find his lost idol which he believes he lost near the shores of Timorous Moor either by
the ship wreck or one of the goblin ponds ( 131.24, -5.11, 493.55 ).
Gather the idol and then you have to head back to The Enchanted Lands and give Roselia the pie lady the idol.

Upon giving her the idol she goes and prays at the altar and you have to grab four pies then speak to her again and then return to Garby once more.

Returning to Garby to complete the quest and receive some coin and a new altar - Garby's Altar of Bristlebane.

This opens up the final quest in the series Bristlebane's Beloved.
