ok the thing is if you read this it seems they drop off ...ORCS.... see the clue
another thing they drop off orcs of any lvl not jus in chest i got like 40 i thought i could sell them like i do the little idols an get SP but it seems i cant find any info that would lead to that beside learning to speak ORC after you examine at least 3 of them .... so if your looking for ORC smuggler requisition... LOOK for ORCS it seems jus about any ORC has them ... if i can get 40 of the requisitions in commonlands in 1 hr or less i would think any one could

I did this quest on my betrayal - I got it in the ruins, and by the time I'd killed my 500 orcs, I'd completed the smuggler's requisition

Got all five drops killing solo orcs near the docks -- grunts and marauders. The requisition drops were on the corpses, not in chests. It took less than an hour.

I had this drop for me in Zek, but those orcs don't give quest credit. Gonna head to Commons I guess.

I just killed a bloodskull scout in the commonlands and just got an order of orc tongue quest. I have to find 5 more smuggler requisitions.

I've found all five of these quest items on Exiled Orcs in the Ruins newbie area, for one and then had the other 4 in about 20 min of killing.

I'm actually on the Grobb Server.

I started the quest last night around 10 and was done by 12. I sat at the entrance down the hallway from the pit where the 3 doors are, and I killed every green orc I saw. Was a breeze

Are these items no trade?

I've gotten one requistion. Started the quest and have not gotten another since but have heard they are dropping for others.

I've been killing tons of orcs in the zone. I actually kill ever orc I come across from the first camp to the lord and all rooms in between.

At level 23 all are grey but I still need to get Soulspike so I got time to kill. I am waiting for the patch and if its not corrected it will be my first deleted quest.

Can any help with updated or new information on what I am possibly doing wrong.

These drop in chests as treasure so mobs so mobs must be green or higher cons.

I saw that these get reviewed before being posted so as an FYI the server list does not have all the servers listed.

I've gotten one requistion, from a mob up by the jail.

I've been killing tons of spiritkeepers and underguards...and haven't found one.

There's only 4 possibilities

-It's broken (don't think so I got one)
-It only drops off mobs you get exp for
-It doesn't drop off spiritkeeper/underguards
-It's EXTREMELY rare

It's a good quest if you're getting exp anyway. Sadly, I'm not. :(
