Patrolman Fanthis asks you to pick up some arrows from Master Archer Nightbow in The Elddar Grove. Lazy bugger the Master Archer is in the building he's standing next to.

Pick them up and return to him for some coin and experience.

This also opens up the Nightbow's Deposit quest.

Fanthis tasked me with retrieving arrows from Master Archer Nightbow at the archery shop on the northeast side of the grove called In-Range.

Stage 1

I must pick up Fanthis' arrows from Master Archer Nightbow in the Elddar Grove.

Start:	I'm picking up arrows from Master Archer Nightbow.
Complete:	I've picked up the arrows from Master Archer Nightbow.

I've retrieved the arrows Fanthis requested from Master Archer Nightbow.

I restocked Patrolman Fanthis' supply of arrows with the assistance of the local bowyer, Aysabelle Nightbow. To see such a display of courtesy between shop keeper and customer is wonderful in these times.
