At what faction level will this quest be offered? I killed Danak Regimentals until I lowered my faction from 50k ally to 39k warmly and he still won't give me the quest?

I am attempting to earn reentrance to the Iksar Battalion 623 encampment in Jarsath Wastes with Lance Corporal Sonoriss. He claims that more Dracurion heads will help to regain my standing.

Stage 1

Lance Corporal Sonoriss has promised to reward me with faction if I return with more decapitated Droag heads.

Start:	I am to hunt Dracurion hoplites for their heads.
Complete:	I have a Droag head.

I have a collection of Droag heads to present to Lance Corporal Sonoriss.

Stage 2

I must return to Sergeant Slithess' encampment in The Overthere section of Jarsath Wastes.

Start:	I must present the Droag heads to Lance Corporal Sonoriss.
Complete:	I humored Lance Corporal Sonoriss.

I humored Lance Corporal Sonoriss and gave him more droag heads.

Lance Corporal Sonoriss has granted me further faction in exchange for the droag heads.
