Seth McMannus stands alone on the lone island closest to the spawn camp, just a short swim away. When hailed, he tells you a bit about his long life with Dreadwake and how he could not rest in peace if he died before Dreadwake was slaughtered. After a short conversation, the quest accept box appears and after accepting the quest Dreadwake appears and eats Seth, then swims around Everstorm Bay, attackable.
